Terms and Conditions

1. TIOBD is a non profitable organization to work for the interest and benefit of the mankind.
2. TIOBD reserves all rights to accept or reject the membership form or other application as it deem fit without stating any reason.
3. Applicant must fulfill the specific criteria mentioned in the website, application form, brochures or other published site and rule book. Incomplete application will be summarily dismissed.
4. The membership , studentship or other position of the TIOBD for a specific period of time (until it is specified), the membership or studentship or other position may automatically stand cancelled upon completion of specific time duration.
5. The membership/studentship or other position of TIOBD may be renewed subject to the sole discretion of TIOBD.
6. TIOBD reserves all rights to terminate or revoke the membership, studentship or other position of the TIOBD prior to completion of term of membership, if the members/students/ others can violate the rules and regulations, ethics, confidentiality and privacy, misconduct or malpractices.
7. All position and activities of TIOBD does not have any statutory liabilities for their activities.

Settlement of disputes

Any dispute of TIOBD is under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, India only and to be settled amicably. As an extreme circumstances a third party arbitrator may be appointed as a final decision.
